Our Eye Doctors

Eye care professionals specialize in understanding how the human eye really works, as well as diseases and conditions that affect your vision – many of which do not have obvious symptoms. Eye doctors know how age and risk factors affect vision over time for young and old, and they understand the benefits and features of corrective lenses including eyeglasses and contacts.

Our optometrists take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems.

Dr. Mitchell Munson

Mitchell T. Munson, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Munson spent his formative years in California and graduated Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He received a second Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Science and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1986. He has been an active member of the Colorado Optometric Association serving as its President in 1995. He is a Past President of the Southwest Council of Optometry and a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. He was elected to the Board of Trustees of the American Optometric Association in 2006 and is currently serving as President. He has received numerous awards including the Colorado Optometric Associations Young Optometrist of the Year, Optometrist of the Year and Distinguished Service awards. He enjoys golf, fishing, and automobiles.

Dr. Susan Brunnett

Susan M. Brunnett, O.D.

Dr. Brunnett has been a resident in the Denver area since 1972. She graduated from the University of Denver in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She received a second Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and her Doctor of Optometry in 1986. She has been an active memeber of the Colorado Optometric Association and served as a Committee Chair for many years. Dr. Brunnett enjoys crafting, cooking, camping, and being a mother.

Dr. Seth Huber

Seth A. Huber, O.D.

Originally from Jamestown, North Dakota, Dr. Huber graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and minor in Chemistry May of 2005. He then graduated with honors and received his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University in May of 2009. After graduation, Dr. Huber joined the Highlands Ranch Vision Center as an associate in August 2009. Dr. Huber is a member of the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He enjoys hiking, skiing and photography in his free time.

Dr. Melissa Kapoor

Melissa A. Kapoor, O.D.

Dr. Kapoor graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toledo. While in her fourth year of optometry school at OSU, she completed clinical externships at the White River Junction VA Hospital in Vermont, and the Indian Health Services in Kayenta, AZ. Dr. Kapoor is a member of the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She has enjoyed providing quality eye care with Highlands Ranch Vision Center since 2011. Recently married, she enjoys running, hiking, and skiing with her husband as well as doing all things possible (as an Ohio native) to take in Colorado’s extraordinary beauty.

Pamela Martin OD

Pamela Martin, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Martin graduated from the Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University. After completion of Optometry school Dr. Martin did a residency through Northeastern State University where her time was spent at WW Hastings Indian Hospital. There she specialized in Ocular Disease and Family Practice. Dr. Martin is a member of the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. As a toddler Dr. Martin was treated for an eye turn and reduced vision, her passion for Optometry and desire to provide high quality eye care stem from that childhood experience. Dr. Martin’s hobbies include running, hiking, yoga and spending all of her time with her significant other and their corgi named Indiana Jones.
